Cherry Chimera

A collaboration brew with Barreled Souls. Cherry Chimera is an imperial amber made with a custom cherrywood smoked malt from Blue Ox Malthouse that we aged on a generous blend of sweet and tart cherries and then cellared in a cherry brandy barrel for nine months.

Available in both a barrel-aged and stainless aged version.
