Steindry is joining us this Friday as our first featured food cart! This dynamic duo produce some of the best jerky around with all Maine ingredients. What's better than a nice cold brew with some tasty jerky to go alongside?! 

Steindry features local Maine beer marinated beef jerky and wholesome dried fruit snacks.

"The concept started with the local obsession for craft beer and a love of well made jerky. Marinating the jerky in beer adds a unique and more complex flavor to the meat. While you may not be able to pinpoint the exact beer used, you definitely can taste the difference between say a stout and an IPA. It's a great snack paired with beer or on it's own. The delicious beer jerky lead us to try marinating in coffee which has a very distinct flavor and is a nice pick-me-up of protein and caffeine. Great for taking out on the trail or for a snack any time. Fruit is naturally so delicious and sweet, once you snack on our fruit you will wonder why people ever started adding sugar. No sugar added, no preservatives, we're showcasing the natural flavor of the fruit."
